As firearms have evolved, many pistol designs transitioned from traditional single-spring recoil rods to dual-spring, captured compression systems to better control recoil and slide velocity. The K-SPEC Buffer brings this same advanced concept to the AR15 PCC platform, delivering smoother operation and improved shooting efficiency. Innovative Recoil Reduction System At the core of the K-SPEC Buffer is an innovative recoil reduction system designed to absorb and disperse recoil energy more effectively than standard buffer systems. By minimizing muzzle rise and rearward impulse, the K-SPEC Buffer helps shooters stay on target, fire faster, and maintain greater accuracy during rapid strings of fire. The K-SPEC Buffer features a two-piece reciprocating buffer body combined with a custom captured compression spring mechanism, working in harmony with our flatwire buffer spring.
