Description

The Kel-Tec RFB Carbine is a semi-automatic bullpup rifle chambered in .308 Winchester (7.62x51mm NATO). Its short-stroke gas piston system is designed for reliable operation while keeping the platform compact and balanced. Forward ejection and reversible controls, including a reciprocating operating handle that can be swapped to either side, make it usable from either shoulder.

The rifle has an 18-inch barrel with a 26-inch overall length and weighs 8.1 pounds. The chrome-lined bore and chamber support long service life, and the 5/8x24 threaded muzzle carries an A2-style birdcage flash hider. A Mil-Spec Picatinny rail on the barrel accommodates optics, and the rifle has no factory sights. Two layers of 1.6 mm steel separate the breech from the shooter.

The carbine accepts FN FAL magazines, and one 20-round magazine is included.
