Description
The Kershaw Grid is a folding knife with a 3.7-inch drop point blade finished in black oxide. The blade is described as a modified drop point with a tanto-like cut, giving it a strong tip for piercing and enough belly for slicing. The black oxide coating gives the blade a non-reflective matte look and is said to improve corrosion resistance.
The blade is made from 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, which the retailer cites for edge retention, strength and hardness. The handle is steel with a grey titanium carbo-nitride coating.
