Description
The Kershaw Bel Air XL-EMT is a folding knife built for first responders and emergency personnel. Its 3.25-inch sheepsfoot blade uses CPM MagnaCut steel, chosen for edge retention and corrosion resistance, with a blunt tip and partial serrations for cutting seatbelts, clothing and rope while reducing the risk of punctures near a patient.
The blade has a stonewash finish and an integrated carbide glassbreaker in the pommel for breaching vehicle windows. The textured G10 handle is high-visibility orange and is reinforced by a black-anodized aluminum backspacer. The knife opens with a thumb stud and KVT ball-bearing system and locks with DuraLock. The reversible deep-carry pocket clip allows left- or right-hand carry. Overall length is 7.86 inches and it is made in the USA.
