Kershaw Paring 3.5" Drop Point Fixed Blade Knife

For smaller kitchen tasks, you need the Kershaw 3.5-inch Paring Knife. It's the right blade shape for peeling, coring, and other detail work. However, Kershaw's version features a slightly wider blade than some other paring knives. That makes it much easier to work on a cutting board, too.
