KGM ISURG 5.56 NATO 16.7" Integrally Suppressed Upper

KGM Isurg Features The KGM Suppressors ISURG integrates a suppressor with its own gas block directly onto an 11.5-inch barrel pinned and welded to reach a 16.7-inch overall barrel length that keeps the upper legal as a rifle configuration without an SBR tax stamp. This one-stamp solution eliminates the extra paperwork and wait time associated with a separate suppressor purchase since the can is a permanent part of the barrel assembly. Stainless steel construction finished in black Nitride resists corrosion and wear from repeated firing cycles and suppressed use. A 1:7 twist rate stabilizes the full range of 5.56 NATO bullet weights from lightweight varmint loads to heavier longer projectiles favored for precision work. Because the gas system is tuned specifically around this integrally suppressed configuration the ISURG delivers excellent accuracy repeatability and sound suppression without the reliability issues that can arise from bolting a suppressor onto a barrel never designed for it. Flash reduction is also notably improved over a standard unsuppressed setup an advantage for low light or close quarters shooting. At 23.9 inches overall and 5.2 lbs the upper remains a manageable size for most AR-15 pattern builds. For shooters who want a dedicated always-suppressed upper without the hassle of attaching and detaching a separate can the KGM ISURG offers a purpose built one-stamp solution.
