Description
The Kimber Pro CDP II is a 1911-platform semi-automatic pistol chambered in .45 ACP, built as a compact carry and personal defense handgun. It has a 4-inch barrel and a 7-round capacity, with an overall length of 7.7 inches.
The pistol uses an aluminum frame with a matte black KimPro II finish and a stainless steel slide with a satin silver finish. Meprolight tritium 3-dot night sights are fitted, and the controls are ambidextrous. The front strap and area under the trigger guard are checkered, and the grips are double diamond rosewood. The trigger is a match grade aluminum unit with an approximate factory setting of 4.0 to 5.0 pounds.
The frame has a Carry melt treatment that rounds and blends the edges to reduce snagging. The barrel is steel match grade with a left-hand twist of 1 in 16 inches.
