Description
The Kinetic Development Group MREX MkII 4.25 is a handguard for the FN SCAR 16 and SCAR 17 rifle platforms, intended for users who want a free-floating forend with mounting options for accessories. It is machined from 6061 T6 aluminum and finished in Flat Dark Earth Cerakote.
The handguard measures 4.25 inches in overall length and uses an M-LOK interface, so lights, lasers, grips and other M-LOK-compatible accessories can be attached along its length. Its slim, ergonomic contour is designed to keep the forward grip comfortable when accessories are installed. The manufacturer lists the best use as 13 to 14.5 inch barrel configurations.
The Flat Dark Earth finish is intended to match Flat Dark Earth SCAR receivers. The package is a single handguard.
