However these pins are NOT designed to be exact copies of the originals and WILL NOT fit the DPMS GII .308 series rifles. These pins are machined from a low-friction stainless steel with a hardened extension plunger tip and simply push down to retract the stainless steel detents for easy pin removal. The KNS Precision DPMS Pin is black oxide finished to resist wear and corrosion. In addition the KNS Precision DPMS Pin comes with an oversized button head for added leverage when taking down your weapon.
