The QPQ treatment provides a durable corrosion-resistant finish. The included MLOK hardware uses nitrided MLOK nuts and Class 3A screws with a tensile strength of 140000psi. Strength is in our name and we apply that philosophy to every aspect of our products. The MLOK screws require a T25 Torx wrench (not included). The application of a thread locker is recommended. Kratos Design Group recommends a torque value of 30-35in/lbs for mounting on aluminum handguards. A torque value of 12-15in/lbs is recommended for Magpul polymer handguards.
