Description
The KRISS USA Defiance Front Sight is a low-profile flip-up front sight for AR-15 platform rifles, mounted to a Picatinny rail. It is the same OEM sight used on KRISS Vector and Defiance firearms and is designed to fold down out of the line of sight when not in use.
When folded, the sight sits 12.7 mm (0.5 inch) above the rail surface, with an overall folded length of 2.25 inches, a height of 0.56 inch, and a base width of 1.19 inches. It features a wide range of elevation adjustment to suit different height-over-bore and sight radius measurements, and a large textured adjustment knob that can be turned while wearing gloves. The sight has a large aperture of 0.18 inch and a small aperture of 0.06 inch. It is made of black polymer.
