Description
The KRISS Defiance Low Profile is a flip-up rear iron sight for the AR-15, built from black polymer and intended for mounting on a Picatinny rail. It uses the same polymer rear flip sight found on the KRISS Vector SMG.
The sight carries two rear apertures, 1.5mm and 4.5mm in diameter, for different lighting and shooting conditions. When folded, it sits about 14.22mm above the rail surface and lies flat regardless of which aperture is in use. Its textured adjustment knob is large enough for windage changes while wearing gloves. Folded length is 2.25 inches, folded height 0.56 inches, and base width 1.19 inches.
