These post-war examples feature Armor Steel barrels typically in lengths of 28"-30", chambered for 2.75" shells, and bored to customer-specified chokes ranging from cylinder to full. This gun is plainly finished with no engraving on its case-hardened receiver and lock plates stamped "L.C. Smith", American walnut stocks in straight, half-pistol or full-pistol grip configurations with checkering, extractors and double triggers as standard.
