Wilson Neck Die Stainless Steel Decapping Base

Designed to make the use of the Neck Die an easier process. Cases are pressed in with Arbor press to size the neck then flip die over on base to decap and press case out of die. Primers are collected below in empty cavity. Base works will all Neck Die Calibers.
