Using the same components found onLantac's LA-SF15 this upper is designed to deliver powerful performance at all times. The receiver itself is forged from 7075-T6 aluminum and given a type 3 class 2 hardcoated anodizing to MIL-A-3625. The upper receiver includes anitrided 11.5" 1:7" 416R stainless steel barrel with 1/2x24 muzzle threadingand Lantac's own Dragon Muzzle Brake for reduced recoil. The upper also includes the Lantac Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group also known as E-BCG that features large forward facing gas holes that vents gas away from the shooter.
