Lead & Steel AR9 5.5" 9mm Nitride Threaded Barrel

Lead & Steel AR9 Barrel Features The Lead & Steel AR9 barrel is machined from chrome moly vanadium steel a material chosen for its strength and resistance to wear under repeated cycling in a pistol caliber carbine. The black nitride finish adds a hard corrosion resistant surface layer that protects the bore and exterior from rust and holster wear over years of use. At 5.5 inches this barrel length keeps an AR9 build compact and easy to maneuver whether configured as a pistol or a short barreled rifle. The threaded muzzle accepts common 1/2x36 pattern devices giving the builder the option to add a compensator or suppressor mount. Swapping to this barrel is a straightforward way to refresh a worn AR9 upper or build a dedicated 9mm carbine from spare parts. Because it follows standard AR9 barrel extension dimensions it drops into compatible uppers without requiring other modifications saving time and expense on a build. The combination of a durable steel substrate and a nitride finish means the barrel resists the heat and fouling that pistol caliber ARs generate during extended range sessions. The Lead & Steel AR9 Barrel is a practical upgrade for sale at ARMSAGORA for shooters building or maintaining a 9mm AR platform firearm.
