These are Leapers UTG Pro Max Max Strength scope rings in matte black, designed to mount a 30mm scope tube to a Picatinny rail. They use a QD twist-lock mechanism, so the scope can be detached and remounted without re-zeroing, according to the retailer's description of the tight quick-detach tolerances.
The rings are precision machined from aluminum alloy and finished with anodizing for a matte black look. Protective tape is applied to the inside of each ring to help protect the scope tube from marring during installation.
