Lee Decapper .223. Used with a 223 Remington case the die works by driving the primer off of the case while rotating the decapper handle turning the decapper handle brass or stainless steel decapper will remove most military lubricants and powder residues. Manufactured from hardened steel and designed to fit the 223 Remington case this tool is capable of handling the heaviest-wearing 223 Remington cases as well as some single-colume cases. The 223 Remington decapper works by driving the primer off of the case followed by a rinsing of the top of the case followed by removal of the primer.
