LEM Aluminum Apple/Potato Peeler

LEM Products Apple/Potato Peeler Features The LEM Products Apple/Potato Peeler is built from cast aluminum paired with a stainless steel blade giving it the durability needed for repeated use in a busy kitchen. Three sharp prongs secure the apple or potato firmly in place allowing the crank handle to rotate the fruit smoothly against the stationary peeling blade. A plastic guard is included to protect the prongs from damage and keep them safe from accidental contact when the peeler is not in use. The apple corer function lets the prongs pass directly through a circular blade removing the core in the same motion as peeling and slicing. An ergonomic crank handle makes operation comfortable and easy reducing hand fatigue during larger batches of apples or potatoes. The suction cup base engaged with a simple side lever holds the unit securely to the countertop so both hands stay free to manage the fruit or vegetable being processed. When finished the peeler disassembles easily for thorough cleaning an important feature for anyone processing food regularly. This peeler is a practical time-saving tool for home cooks and game processors preparing pies snacks or salads from fresh produce.
