The BigBite Dual-Gear Stuffer features a unique "90 degree" handle that provides greater leverage, making cranking easier than ever before. Exclusively designed for LEM, these heavy-duty dual-gear stuffers are built to last and handle the pressure required for stuffing even the smallest sausages. The large drive gear, notched piston rod and all-metal gears ensure durability and performance. The sturdy frame, made of four solid stainless steel bars, won't bend or bow under pressure. The two-speed design offers high speed for quickly raising the piston and low speed for precise stuffing. An air release valve ensures even pressure for consistent results, while the heavy-duty rubber gasket seals the cylinder to prevent leaks. The stainless steel cylinder is removable for easy filling and cleaning and the mounting holes in the base allow for secure setup. This stuffer includes four stainless steel stuffing tubes (5/8 inches, 3/4 inches, 1 inches and 1-1/2 inches). The 25 lb Dual-Gear Stuffer is not recommended for snack sticks, making it ideal for large batch sausage making.
