LEM #8 Stainless Steel Grinder Plate

LEM grinder plates are made to LEM's stringent standards for hardness and quality. This plate is hubless, so it can be used on both sides. Remember when changing your knife to change the plate at the same time for optimum performance. Sizes indicate the hole diameter in the plate. Plate diameter is 2 3/8". Sizes: 3mm: our finest grind, these 3mm plates are perfect for hamburger, bologna, hot dogs and jerky! 4.5mm: a fine grind, 4.5mm plates are great for the second grind, coarse Hamburger and regular sausage like Breakfast, Polish or German. 6mm: a regular grind, this 6mm Plate is great for coarse sausages such as Summer, Salami, Pepperoni and Snack Sticks. 10mm: a coarse grind, this 10mm Plate is ideal for the first grind, chili, Chorizo and Linguisa. 12mm: our coarsest grind, this 12mm Plate is perfect for the first grind, coarse chili and stew meats.
