Description
The Leupold VX-Freedom CDS is a 4-12x40mm rifle scope with a matte black finish and a duplex reticle, intended for hunting and general rifle use. It weighs 13.1 ounces and measures 12.5 inches overall. The 40mm objective lens and 4-12x magnification range give a versatile field of view from close to longer distances.
The CDS (Custom Dial System) feature lets the elevation dial be laser-inscribed to match a specific load, velocity and conditions, so dial adjustments track the rifle's actual trajectory. The dials are interchangeable for different loads, conditions and calibers. Each dial uses 1/4-MOA clicks with finger adjustment, and no adjustment covers are included. Metric versions use 1 cm clicks.
