Description
The Leupold BackCountry Cross-Slot 1-Piece is a scope base for mounting a riflescope to a Weatherby Vanguard short-action receiver. It is a single-piece aluminum base with a matte black finish and an overall length of 5.9 inches.
The base is machined from aluminum and uses a cross-slot design, which the retailer describes as compatible with both Picatinny-style and Weaver-style scope rings. The raw text states it is built from 7075-T6 aluminum, which is intended to support heavier optics while keeping weight low.
Mounting hardware is included with the base. The raw text also lists Remington 700 compatibility and 6-48 screws, but this listing is for a Weatherby Vanguard short-action fit.
