Leupold BackCountry Cross-Slot 20 MOA Base Nosler M21 Long Action Matte

Leupold BackCountry Cross-Slot Base Features The Leupold BackCountry Cross-Slot Base is machined from 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum giving it a lightweight yet rugged build suited to hard hunting use in the backcountry. A 20 MOA slope is built into the base extending the available elevation adjustment range so long-range shooters can dial further without running out of scope travel. The one-piece Picatinny rail design accepts both Picatinny and Weaver-style rings giving shooters flexibility in ring selection while maintaining a secure mounting platform. This specific cross-slot base is machined to fit the Nosler M21 long action receiver precisely ensuring correct screw spacing and base alignment. A milled-in recoil lug helps the base resist shifting under the recoil of hard-hitting long-range cartridges while a low-profile keeper screw keeps the overall profile slim and snag-free. At just 2 oz the BackCountry base adds almost no weight to a rifle built for carrying over long distances in the field. Leupold builds every mount in this lineup to match the same rugged dependability found in its optics backed by mounting hardware included in the box. Made in the USA and backed by Leupold s lifetime warranty this BackCountry Cross-Slot Base is a dependable foundation for mounting a long-range optic on the Nosler M21.
