Description
The Leupold Mark 5HD 3.6-18x44mm is a first focal plane rifle scope built for long-range precision shooting. It uses a PR2-MOA reticle whose subtensions stay accurate at every magnification setting, so holds and range estimates work the same at low power as at full zoom.
The scope offers 3.6 to 18x magnification with a 44mm objective and 35mm tube. Elevation travel is 100 MOA and windage travel is 80 MOA, with 1/4 MOA click values, larger turret numbers, and an M1C3 ZeroLock dial that locks the elevation turret against accidental movement. The aluminum body is matte black and weighs 1.63 pounds.
The Mark 5HD is designed for rifles that require long-range adjustment, and it is intended to be mounted and zeroed using standard rifle scope practices.
