Description
The Leupold DeltaPoint Pro Rear Iron Sight is a matte black aluminum rear sight that mounts on the rear portion of the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro red dot sight. It provides a co-witnessed backup sight, so the iron sight remains usable if the red dot's battery fails.
The sight is listed as a rear iron sight with a co-witness design and is intended for use with the DeltaPoint Pro red dot. According to the raw retailer text, the DeltaPoint Pro can be used on an AR platform as well as a handgun, and Leupold offers DP-Pro mounts for different rail types.
The rear sight is designed to fit the DeltaPoint Pro red dot sight specifically. The retailer text notes that DP-Pro mounts are sold separately for Picatinny, Weaver, and cantilever rails.
