Liberty Ammunition Steel Plate & Range 223 Remington 55gr Frangible 20 Rounds

Liberty Ammunition Steel Plate & Range Features The Liberty Ammunition Steel Plate & Range .223 Rem load uses SinterFire lead-free frangible projectiles manufactured from an exclusive copper and tin composite blend a technology SinterFire has supplied to government military and law enforcement users since 1998. Unlike conventional lead projectiles that can ricochet or fragment into dangerous large pieces SinterFire bullets disintegrate into fine particles upon contact with surfaces harder than themselves. This makes the round ideal for close-quarters training on steel plates and inside tactical houses where ricochet safety is a serious concern. A muzzle velocity of 3100 fps and 1173 ft lbs of energy ensure the frangible bullet still delivers reliable consistent steel plate feedback. Cases are new production non-corrosive boxer-primed and fully reloadable brass giving handloaders the option to recover and reuse their spent brass after a training session. Because the projectile itself is lead-free this load also reduces lead exposure for shooters who spend extended time at indoor ranges. Liberty Ammunition built this line specifically for shooters who want to train hard without compromising on safety around steel targets. For anyone running frequent close-range steel drills the Steel Plate & Range .223 Rem load offers dependable safer performance shot after shot.
