Specifications
Description
The LimbSaver Prefit Mossberg 500/835 Classic is a black synthetic recoil pad designed to replace the factory stock pad on compatible Mossberg shotguns. It is made to reduce felt recoil and vibration for shooters using 12 gauge loads.
The pad is listed as fitting the Mossberg 500, 590, and 835 platforms and excludes the 930 SPX. Its listed height is 5 3/16 inches. The manufacturer describes a three-step recoil reduction process using a proprietary material called NAVCOM, with claims of absorbing up to 70% of felt recoil. The pad may require minor fitting on some models, and mounting screws are not included.
