Luth-AR XM177 A1 Triangular Handguard 6.625" Black

Luth-AR XM177 Handguard Features The Luth-AR XM177 A1 Triangular Handguard is molded from Dupont Zytel a 30 percent glass filled nylon chosen for its strength and heat resistance under sustained firing. Each handguard half is lined with aluminum heat shields protecting both the shooter s supporting hand and the handguard material itself from the heat generated by the barrel during extended strings of fire. This triangular profile is a faithful nod to the classic XM-177 carbine giving modern AR-15 builds a distinctive retro look that stands apart from today s common round or M-LOK handguards. At 6.625 inches in length the handguard is sized for carbine-length gas systems and fits standard carbine handguard caps without modification. Beyond its appearance the triangular shape offers improved handling and control compared to a smooth round handguard giving the support hand a natural index point during rapid target transitions. The matte black finish matches most carbine builds and resists wear from handling and environmental exposure over time. At just one pound the handguard adds negligible weight to a build while delivering the retro aesthetic and functional heat protection shooters want. AR-15 builders seeking a factory replacement handguard with classic styling and real heat shield protection will find this a worthwhile upgrade available for sale at ARMSAGORA.
