The Luth-AR MCA-22 is a black chassis that converts a standard Ruger 10/22 rimfire rifle into an AR-pattern platform in .22 LR. It accepts a Ruger 10/22 style receiver trigger group and barrel in standard or bull profile. The chassis is built from glass-reinforced nylon with 6061 aluminum and steel reinforcement, balancing a total weight of 2.09 pounds with the rigidity needed for accuracy.
The stock is ambidextrous, with a goose-neck pistol grip and palm swell. The cheek piece is click-adjustable, moving 0.75 inch front to back and 2 inches up and down to suit optic eye alignment. Length of pull adjusts from 11.25 to 15.75 inches in 0.75-inch increments. The overall length is 26.5 inches. Five-slot M-LOK compatible foregrip panels and a removable barrel insert for bull barrels are included.
Fitment is limited to standard 10/22 pattern receivers. The chassis is not compatible with the 10/22 takedown model or with receivers that have a rear tang.
