LWRC R.E.P.R. MKII Features The LWRC R.E.P.R. MKII is built around LWRC s patented short-stroke gas piston operating system which keeps combustion gases and fouling away from the bolt carrier group compared to a direct-impingement design resulting in a cleaner-running action and easier field maintenance. The 20-inch barrel is treated with a black nitride finish for corrosion resistance and carries a 1:8 twist rate matched to stabilize a wide range of 7.62x51mm and .308 Win bullet weights. A spiral-fluted barrel profile reduces weight without sacrificing rigidity helping keep the rifle s overall balance manageable despite its precision-oriented components. The 5/8x24 threaded muzzle accepts suppressors and muzzle devices giving shooters flexibility to configure the rifle for different shooting environments. A Geissele two-stage trigger delivers a clean predictable break that precision rifle shooters rely on for consistent accuracy at extended distances.
