Maglula LULA Magazine Loader and Unloader Colt SMG AR-15 9mm Luger

The Maglula LULA is a black polymer magazine loader and unloader designed for 9mm Luger magazines. It uses a lever-operated mechanism to load and unload cartridges without pressing them against the magazine's feed lips by hand, which the manufacturer says reduces wear on those lips and can extend magazine life.

The tool is made in Israel from reinforced polymer and is built to military specifications. It is intended to work with Colt SMG magazines, AR-15 9mm-type metal and polymer magazines, and quality modified UZI magazines.

The LULA is rated for use in all weather conditions. Its simple design is meant to make loading and unloading faster than manual methods.
