Magpul B.A.D. Lever Battery Assist Device AR-15 Bolt Catch Black

The Magpul B.A.D. Lever (Battery Assist Device) is an aftermarket bolt catch lever for AR-15 rifles chambered in 223 Remington. It extends a paddle to the right side of the receiver so the bolt stop can be released from the fire control or ready position with the right-hand trigger finger, aiming to speed reloads and malfunction clearance.

The lever is machined from aluminum with a black anodized finish and is ambidextrous, working for left- and right-handed shooters. It attaches to the standard AR-15/M16 bolt release without permanent modification, and the traditional bolt catch remains usable under the normal manual of arms. All mounting hardware is included.

The lever fits mil-spec AR-15/M16 bolt catches. It is not compatible with 7.62x51 (.308 Winchester) firearms or with most billet or polymer lower and upper receivers, which have larger or non-standard dimensions.
