Description
The Magpul MOE Bipod is a lightweight bipod that attaches to a rifle's sling stud using a quick-detach mounting system. It is intended to give a stable shooting platform from the prone or supported position.
The bipod weighs 8 ounces and is made of injection-molded polymer in a matte black finish. Its self-locating stainless-steel clasps align the mount when attaching, and a large ergonomic thumbwheel tightens it. The over-molded, non-marring saddle fits a range of forend sizes and distributes load without marking the rifle. Legs extend from 7 to 10 inches and lock in place, and they stow forward against the rifle when not in use.
An optional low-profile sling stud on the rear of the mount lets a sling still be attached to the forend.
