Description
The Magpul PMAG LR/SR Gen M3 is a 25-round polymer magazine for 7.62x51mm NATO (.308 Winchester) rifles in the AR-10 platform. It is designed for SR-25 and M110 pattern rifles and is intended for use with SAAMI-spec ammunition.
The magazine uses a constant-curve body and an anti-tilt follower to support reliable feeding. Its polymer construction is less than half the weight of standard steel military magazines. The magazine is optimized for cartridges with an overall length under 2.830 inches.
Compatible rifles include SR-25, LR-308, AR-10 pattern rifles, and the Ruger Precision Rifle. It is not compatible with rifles that use M14, FN FAL, or HK 91/G3 pattern magazines. Impact/dust covers are sold separately on units manufactured after November 1, 2023.
