Description
Magpul's XTM Enhanced Rail Panels are lightweight, 2-piece covers that may be easily snapped onto any section of Picatinny rail without the need to remove or rearrange existing accessories from their currently-mounted locations. Enhanced XTM rail covers improve on the original XTM design by incorporating an aggressive, non-slip texturing for a sure grasp, as well as the addition of dual-side routing clips for the retention of wires associated with a tactical light or laser pressure switch. The panels are constructed of durable, heat absorbing polymer to help protect the support hand from a hot barrel, and are reinforced in high stress areas to ensure the panels stay put during hard use. Installation involves snapping two halves together over a section of available Picatinny rail, and removal is accomplished with 2 bullet tips used to pry the 2 sides apart.
