Description
The Magpul Ladder Rail Panel Low Profile is a 6.5-inch rail cover for Picatinny rails. Rail covers serve several functions: they add a gripping surface, protect unused rail sections, reduce the risk of cuts from exposed rail edges, keep gear from snagging, and act as a locator for positioning attachments such as night vision devices. This low profile design uses an open ladder pattern rather than a solid panel.
The cover is molded from Santoprene, a thermoplastic elastomer, and finished in black. It is designed to fit a standard Picatinny rail. The package includes one rail cover.
