Description
The Magpul MIAD Gen 1.1 Type 1 is a polymer pistol grip kit for AR-15 platform rifles, designed as a drop-in replacement for the standard AR-15 grip. It offers interchangeable front and rear grip straps for a customized hand fit and an aggressive textured surface for positive control.
This Type 1 kit is finished in black and includes the newest grip core, which holds an included 1/2 oz. lubrication bottle. It is compatible with all Magpul grip cores for different storage needs, and all mounting hardware is included.
The Type 1 kit fits AR-15 and M4 receivers and many 5.56x45mm NATO and 7.62x51mm NATO receivers, including several 7.62x51mm platforms. Some 7.62x51mm receivers require the separate Type 2 kit.
