Mark 7 Reloading Digital Powder Check Sensor for 650/750/1050 and Evolution

Mark 7 Reloading Digital PowderCheck Features The Mark 7 Reloading Digital PowderCheck works by inserting a sensing probe into each charged case as the press cycles moving a sensor bar into its measuring position for inspection. An infrared laser beam checks whether it can pass through the sensor bar s over charge or under charge window and if either condition is detected the press halts automatically. The user then receives a notification on the loading machine s tablet prompting them to verify the powder level in that specific case before resuming. Sensitivity adjusts based on powder type letting reloaders fine tune the system for everything from fast burning pistol powders to bulkier rifle charges. The Gen 2 Digital PowderCheck ships complete with probes sized for small pistol small rifle large pistol and large rifle cases so reloaders can switch between calibers without buying additional hardware. Installation involves attaching the correct probe to the sensor rod and adjusting the sensing assembly to the proper height for the desired charge weight before locking the die in place. The system is compatible with the Mark 7 Evolution Plus Autodrive Evolution RL1100 CP2000 Super1050 1050X and 650 Pro and 650 X Autodrive lines giving owners of those presses a straightforward upgrade path. For reloaders producing high volumes of ammunition this sensor adds a critical safety check that helps catch a squib or an overcharge before it becomes a problem downrange.
