Marlin 917V Rifle, .17 HMR, 22″ Barrel

The Marlin Model 917V chambered in .17 HMR with a 22-inch barrel is a highly accurate, bolt-action rimfire rifle. Introduced in the early 2000s, the "V" in the model name stands for Varmint, denoting its heavy-contour bull barrel specifically engineered for long-range precision small-game and pest hunting. Built on a rigid receiver with double bedding screws, it gained an immediate reputation for delivering sub-MOA (under 1-inch) groups at 100 yards straight out of the box.
