Marlin Model 1895 chambered in 45-70 Gov't with a crossbolt safety. This has a 22" barrel marked "THE MARLIN FIREARM'S CO. NORTH HAVEN. CT. U.S.A. / MODEL 1895 CAL. 45-70", The stock is a two piece checkered pistol grip with a slightly curved rubber recoil pad. The sights are an adjustable folding semi buckhorn rear and a hooded beaded blade front. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounting. Serial 92002084. Gun only.
