Parts are 4140 hardened alloy steel and are built to last with great strength and durability. The FRT Super Safety offers easy installation and is designed to give you more accuracy with quicker follow up shots to increase your fun on the range.  The Super Safety is built for mil-spec AR-15/M16-pattern lowers and BCGs — it will work in most AR-15/M16 style rifles that use standard mil-spec fire-control geometry. It will not work in non-AR designs (classic Hi-Point models like the C9/995/4095, etc.). Platform summary: AR-15 / M16 family: Works in true mil-spec AR-15/M16 lowers and bolt carriers. Some lowers (Colt commercial/billet “high-shelf” types) can interfere with the lever and may need light selector-pocket relief. Colt M16 / CAR-15: If the lower is true mil-spec, the Super Safety should fit. If it’s a commercial “high-shelf” Colt lower, expect possible trimming/clearancing. Hi-Point carbines: Classic Hi-Point models (C9, 995, 4095) are not AR-pattern — Super Safety will not fit. The AR-style HP-15 may fit if its lower is mil-spec — verify selector pocket dimensions. Andro Corp ACI-15: This is an AR-15 style platform; Super Safety is likely compatible if the lower is mil-spec and has standard fire-control geometry. Check for “high-shelf” features just in case.
