MDT AICS Short Action 223 Remington 5.56 10-Round Polymer Magazine

The MDT AICS Short Action 10-round magazine is a detachable box magazine for bolt-action rifles chambered in 223 Remington, 5.56x45mm NATO, and 300 Blackout. It is designed to fit MDT TAC21, LSS, LSS-XL, HS3, and ESS chassis systems, as well as many other M24-type chassis and bottom metals.

The body is molded from polymer with a high glass content for strength, and the feed mechanism uses a tempered steel spring. The magazine is black and holds 10 rounds. It is not unbreakable, but the manufacturer states it has been driven over by vehicles without breaking.

Compatibility note: it does not work with Ruger American (204/223/556), Browning X-Bolt, or Winchester XPC inlets, and may require fitting in a Winchester Model 70. 300 Blackout and .204 Ruger cartridges may require feed lip adjustment and internal rib modification.
