Description
The MDT Hunting Bottom Metal is an aluminum bottom metal assembly for the Remington 700 short action, designed for hunting rifles built on a Badger profile stock. It replaces the factory floorplate and houses the magazine assembly within the stock.
The part is black with an anodized finish. It includes an adjustable magazine latch with tension control, a slot for trigger adjustments, and optional pillars for a stable screw base. Washers are included for adjusting thread engagement. The design has minimal snag points for carrying through rough terrain.
The assembly is compatible with aftermarket triggers and fits Remington 700 short action receivers in MDT Badger M5 style stocks.
