Description
The MDT XRS Chassis is a right-hand chassis stock for the Ruger American short action, designed for shooters who want a traditional shaped rifle stock feel with the structure of a precision chassis system. It is intended for hunting and target rifles, and can also serve as a base for a custom build.
The stock has a full-length CNC-machined core of 6061 aluminum with textured polymer panels over it. An aluminum V-block bedding system is included to support the action. The finish is matte black and the stock weighs about 3.9 lbs, which varies with inlet. The grip is a replaceable over-molded system, and both an angled and a vertical grip are included in the box.
The length of pull is adjustable with spacers from 13.25 inches to over 15 inches.
