The ESS Forend is Compatible with MDT’s ESS Chassis System, and delivers maximum performance and customization options. The ESS Forend is offered in a massive assortment of configurations, options include full picatinny rails, night-vision rails, no rails, as well as different length and color options. All of the ESS Forends feature a wide grip area and an octagonal profile to provide more flexibility when shooting over bags or on improvised rests. The ESS Forend also comes equipped with multiple M-LOK attachment points for the installation of accessories such as weights, barricade stops, hand stops, sling mounts, and other M-LOK compatible attachments. In addition, the ESS Forend can accommodate barrel contours up to 1.300” with a straight taper (NOTE: Larger barrel diameters may inhibit the use of internal attachments).
