Originally crafted for sports and tactical shooting, MDT chassis systems have gained widespread use in hunting, particularly our lighter models such as the LSS chassis system. Despite this versatility, we had yet to design a chassis system exclusively tailored for hunting, until now. Introducing the MDT HNT26 chassis system, our inaugural purpose-built hunting rifle chassis. The HNT26 chassis incorporates all the essential features expected from a premium chassis system, V-block bedding, adjustable length of pull (LOP) and comb, AICS magazine compatibility and more, while starting at a remarkably light 26 oz for the standard fixed version. Constructed from a robust magnesium alloy for the rifle stock/base, complemented by a carbon fiber forend, pistol grip and a foam-filled carbon fiber buttstock, the HNT26 ensures durability without unnecessary weight. Responding to the increasing popularity of ARCA tripods among hunters, we offer the option of a carbon fiber forend equipped with an integrated ARCA rail. Additionally, a foldable buttstock version is available, enhancing portability and ease of storage.
