MDT CRBN Hunter Chassis Tikka T3X SA Left Hand ARCA HGF

MDT CRBN Hunter Chassis Features The MDT CRBN Hunter Chassis is molded from foam-filled carbon fiber a construction method that keeps the shell lightweight while resisting the flex and impact damage that can plague thinner composite stocks. A magnesium micro chassis forms the structural core bedding the Tikka T3X short action rigidly for consistent point of impact between shots and across temperature swings. The chassis accommodates AICS pattern magazines when paired with an MDT bottom metal opening up detachable box magazine compatibility that the factory Tikka stock does not offer. Weighing as little as 27 ounces without bottom metal the chassis keeps overall rifle weight down for hunters who carry their rifle for miles. Length of pull adjusts from 12.75 to 13.75 inches in one-inch increments using quarter-inch spacers letting the same chassis fit different shooters or accommodate heavy cold-weather clothing. Built specifically to the Tikka T3X short action footprint in a left-hand configuration this chassis is a direct fit requiring no gunsmithing modification to the factory action. A forend length of 12.5 inches and a Sendero-contour maximum barrel diameter give shooters room to run a variety of barrel profiles and accessories. Left-handed Tikka T3X owners looking to modernize their rifle with a lighter more rigid platform will find the CRBN Hunter Chassis purpose-built for that transition.
