Description
The Midwest Industries Blast Can is a muzzle device for AK-platform short barrel rifles and pistols chambered in 7.62x39mm. It is designed to direct muzzle blast forward, away from the shooter, which makes shooting from a short barrel more comfortable. It does not reduce recoil or muzzle flash.
The device is machined from 6061 aluminum with a black hardcoat anodized finish. It threads onto an M14x1 left-hand thread with a 1.0 mm pitch, matching the thread pattern used on AK short barrels.
Because it is a blast-directing device, it is intended for short barrel use. Confirm thread compatibility with your barrel before installation.
