Description
The Midwest Industries Combat Rail M-LOK is a 9.5-inch free-float handguard for the AR-15 platform. It attaches to the barrel nut system and gives the shooter a mounting surface for accessories, grips and lights along its length.
The handguard is machined from 6061 aluminum and finished with a Type 3 hard coat anodized black coating. A continuous MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail runs across the top, and seven sides of M-LOK slots are provided for attaching accessories. The inside diameter is 1.3 inches and the outside diameter is 1.5 inches. A patented 4140 heat-treated torque plate is used to attach it, and a barrel nut and wrench are included. Two integral anti-rotation QD sling sockets are also provided, and the handguard is fully dehorned and deburred. A 5-slot polymer M-LOK rail is included.
